Hi it's amy here to show you a fun way to dress up plain chipboard letters. Tags are my current obsession, as they can be dressed up and used on cards or layouts so easily. Stocking up at the office supply store runs about $5 for 100 pieces. I used 2 for this tutorial.
I lightly adhered the letters to one of the tags. To add a color to the blank chipboard, use some spray mist.
Let dry for a couple minutes and peel letters off onto a slick piece of paper (I uses the remnant sheet from stickers I already used).
Measure and cut the rub ons and apply to letters.
Put a strip of washi tape on the tag and adhere the letters to it. Run it through the sewing machine if you'd like. Tip: I use a sharp denim needle to sew through paper. It works like a charm.
Then adhere the tag to a layout or a card. Voila!
stunning technique :) tfs

That is so cute and awesome! Looks like it takes a lot of work to make though. How much time did it take your to make those two tags?
