wow... 2006 went by so fast! and it was a great year all around...hambly screen prints has been such an incredible adventure! so much has happened here in the last year...(kinda all started at cha-winter in vegas last jan) i designed a new website, blog & online store, we now have our awesome design team - and some guest designers lined up for 2007, it was great being involved in CK University for the first time (we will be doing more things like this), i have also met so many great new friends this year through hambly, we have rub-ons! & almost 300 overlays, papers & vellum in the screen prints line, plus lots of new goodies being released at cha in anaheim ....and to put things in perspective last feb i was so excited the first time i got over 10 hits on the blog in one day!!!
i also had a great year with my boyfriend zach, and my glass art (one goal i had was to start an online store for my glass- which is up & running)! zach also made me one of the most incredible gifts for xmas i have ever received. he made me this display for my necklaces to use at my art shows! he has been talking about setting up his workshop since i've know him.... he got inspired from my glass and figured out how to make this wonderful stand- which is such a cool piece of art as well! it holds about 30 necklaces, and each of the shelves also spins to look at all the necklaces. *note - he has never worked with metal before, he actually welded & bent the frame, plus do you see how cool the base of this is.
i think his hand still hurts from all the engraving he did, i was so happy & surprised that i cried when he gave me this....
i think this guy is a keeper :)
i'm sad to see 2006 gone, but i'm sure looking forward to what 2007 brings!

Love it! And LOVE your Art Glass as you may have already guessed. :D Didn't realize you had a blog until I found the Hambly website and placed an order for a lot of overylays tonight.
