> z-Lucrecer Braxton

My name is Lucrecer, pronounced Lu-cree-sha. I have been scrapbooking, in the traditional paper sense, for two years and paper crafting since I was a little girl. My love affair with paper, collage and altering has gone on for as long as I can remember. I was an art major in college and loved the whole process of creating. I still do enjoy the process.

I describe my style as graphic with an artistic, funky flair. I am deliberate with the placement of my pictures and elements. I like to create visual harmony that helps the eye flow over my pages, as well as pull you in with heartfelt journaling.

I consider myself to be more of a mixed media artist. I combine paints, inks, fibers and other elements into my pages and altered projects. Altering is what started me in scrapbooking in the first place. I love to create, try new things and take my designs to the next level. I am always pushing myself.

I am married with three children, work full-time as a graphic designer and I recently started a photography business. I take all my own portraits and I love capturing the everyday with my camera.
