Here's Corrie-
I enjoy making pages about love and who I love and what I love but I do not make a whole lot of "Valentine" specific pages. I usually do not make pages with a specific theme in mind ever, so Valentines just falls into that. But the Hambly overlays and rub ons are easy to use and perfect when you want to capture a holiday while being more subtle with the theme.
For this page I wanted to have a background that was love inspired but true to my normal style. I started with plain white cardstock and using a sheet of laser cut paper as a mask, I lightly misted a section with a tan mist. I figured tan would be dark enough to see, without being busy. Then I used the antique white Hambly Valentines rub ons to decorate on top of the mist. These rub ons are perfect for a subtle look!
For the three pictures of the girls, I added a strip of Valentine heart overlay. I love the small pop of color each strip provides.
Last for a little extra element of Valentines day, I punched out some hearts from the overlays and stapled them to the background.
Super simple! And fun!

Fabulous!!
