I'd like to share my favorite idea that I use for washi tape.
Supplies needed:
Rubber band
Scissors
Hambly washi tape
Step1:
Put tape on the both sides of the rubber band while lengthening a rubber band.
Once you release the tension on the rubber band the tape bunches up and created this great effect.

I tried this but it didn't work. I guess someone else will need to hold the rubber band for me next time I try this. Love the effect!

Wow this is not as easy as it looks. I had to get someone else to hold the rubber band and then I still could not get the tape on so that edges did not show. Any tips on how to make it easier?

I thought that it would be way easier too! My husband and I tried to get it to work together (and he's super good at following text direction solely - me, not so much!) and it still didn't come out quite as well. Any chance we could get you to do a video tutorial for this? I really love how it looks and would love to make it work!
