DT Tutorial Tiffany
Hello everyone! It’s Tiffany here with another cardmaking tutorial! This time I’m going to be showing you how to paper piece and heat embossing with the new Hambly Studios Washi Tapes!
Here’s what you’ll need:
Hambly Studios Washi Tapes, Hambly Garden Party overlay, Lawn Fawn Stamps (Bake Me A Cake), VersaMark Dazzle Ink, A2 white cardbase, scrap white cardstock, Zing! Embossing Powder, Scissors, Heat Tool, Embossing Buddy
Step 1: Apply strips of washi tape onto scratch sheet of white cardstock.
Step 2: Fold excess behind cardstock and prep for heat embossing using an embossing buddy.
Step 3: Stamp Cake Images in Versamark Dazzle Ink over layers of washi tape.
Step 4: Add Embossing powder.
Step 5: Heat Emboss.
Step 6: Trim heat embossed cake image.
Step 7: On your A2 card, add a strip of Garden Party Overlay adhering with various washi tapes.
Step 8: Stamp and heat emboss sentiment, adhere trimmed cake image, and add a little balled up piece of washi tape as a cake topper. Voila!
