I hope all of you had a great Thanksgiving with your loved ones like I do. I wished this holiday could last a little longer before I need to get back to work again. I've enjoyed spending quality time with my family and friends.

I'm here today to share with you how I made paper rosettes from my favorite selection of Hambly Papers and embellished them on my page.
First of all, here's the list of products that I used for this project.

Hambly Papers - Chicken Coop, High Tea, Wings, Woodgrain, Scrapbooker's Sonata
Hambly Overlays - Decor Notes, Raffle Leaf
Hambly Kraft Cardstock Stickers - Owls & Birds, Urban Frames, Vintage Journalling Bits, Christmas Journalling Bits
Hambly Clear Stickers -Doilies
Fiskars Border Punch/Decorative Scissor
Helmar Zap Dots (pop foam dots) and Liquid glue and

Cut out 2 strips of 12" x 2" papers. These will actually make a rosette measuring 3 3/4" in diameter (after the edge is trimmed with a border punch)

Use a border punch to punch one side of the paper strip edge. Repeat on the other strip of design paper. For alternative, you can also use a decorative scissor to trim the edge.

Once completed puching the edge of the papers, accordion fold the papers with a width measuring approximately 5mm.

Then, glue both ends together to form a rosette. The edge that has been border-punched earlier now makes a nice trim on the rosette. Next, adhere a circle design kraft sticker onto the centre of the rosette and pop up an owl sticker with foam glue dots to give some dimension. Or you can leave the kraft sticker as it is for some journaling later.

You can now add the embellished rosette onto your page or any other projects for a nice dimensional look.
