Allison Kreft

a little info about me (allison kreft - soon to be allison abad!)...i have a graphic design & art background, i design most of the Hambly Screen Prints products, my sister also has been doing more designs for us recently. (she works full-time at indiainkpapers.com). after college i was freelance designer & working as a glass artist, until about 4 years ago when i started design stickers for Hambly Studios full time. Harry Hambly used to silkscreen posters in the 70's so we owned all of the silkscreening equiptment, which we only used for calendars at the time. i always appreciated the artform of silkscreening & i use to silkscreen my designs on glass back in college. i knew we could make some gorgeous papers using the process... so we decided to try it, i picked the very best papers & we silkscreened my designs on them! and now we are silkscreening rub-ons & overlays in our studio as well. when i'm not at the studio working on designing new products for Hambly Screen Prints - i'm still blowing glass, silkscreening glass and using my kilns for my own art. www.allisonkreft.com
